Q1: When can I get the quotation?

Q2: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?

Q3: What about your delivery time for mass production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time for stock products is around 3 working days. The lead time for MOQ is about 5 to 10 working days.(the detailed dates are actually up to what products you purchase)

A: We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. (Customers always come first!)
Q5: How to ship my order ?

Q6: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: We accept T/T(wire transfer),Paypal, West Union.(it depends on clients requests)
Q7: How is your quality control?

We maintain tight control over production from raw materials and inline radomly checking till the final finish products.
Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality level, We setup our own QA system to make sure each products are produced with good quality.
Importantly,each items are 100% inspected before packing, after fully inspection,delivery to customers.
If you trust us enough, for your each order we could arrange our QC team to do a Final Inspection Report for your reference before each of your order's shippment.
Or you can request a 3rd party professional inspection company to arrange an inline or Final Inspection at your wish, we will 100% co-operate to finish this job to win your trust.
Q8: Can you make customized products and customized packing?

A: Yes,absolutely. We called this "Tailer-Made". We made a lot of customized products for our customer before(such as shaft lightings, LED panels, cables and wire harness). Regarding to customized packing , we can surely put your Logo or other info on the packing box (it depends on order quantity).
Q9: What if i am not satisfy with the order ?

It's our goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied with all your orders.
